Installation Steps:
1. Stick the anti-slip pads inside the inner shell. We recommend put the pads at both end of the shell, NOT in the middle.
2. Clip the lower end (longer side) of the inner shell to the steering wheel 
3. Clamp the upper end (shorter side) on the steering wheel
4. Stick the double-sided tape outside the inner shell
5. Card the outer layer to the inner layer in the same way
6. The installation is complete
